How can we help?
Email support@trustcero.com and we'll reply within one business day. TrustCero is in early access, so support is by email.
Include in your email: your company name, the email address you use to sign in to the console, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you can.
Never send your password, an authenticator code, or a Cloudflare API token. We will never ask for them.
Common questions
I lost my phone or can't get into my authenticator app
Two-factor authentication can't be reset from the console. Email support from the address you sign in with. We'll confirm it's you before resetting it, which can take longer than a normal request.
"Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft" says my account isn't linked
A Google or Microsoft account has to be linked before you can sign in with it. Sign in with your email, password, and authenticator code, then go to Settings → Sign-in methods and link it. Microsoft sign-in works with work or school accounts, not personal Microsoft accounts.
Cloudflare rejected my API token
Check that the token was created in the same Cloudflare account as the account ID you entered, that it has the Account · Zero Trust · Edit permission, and that it hasn't expired.
Settings says "The last sync failed"
Your previous policy is still being enforced by Cloudflare. The message shows Cloudflare's reason; the most common is a revoked or expired token. Fix the cause, then select Sync now.
A computer isn't on the Devices page
The Devices page lists computers running Cloudflare WARP that are enrolled in your Zero Trust organization. Check that WARP is installed and signed in to your organization on that computer. Computers that haven't connected in the last 15 minutes are marked "Not seen recently".
I can't choose "Block the connection" when no rule matches
Blocking everything that isn't on an allow list isn't supported with Cloudflare yet. Use "Allow" as the default and add block rules for the sites you want to stop.
Where are the logs of which sites my team visited?
They're kept in your own Cloudflare account: in the Cloudflare dashboard, go to Zero Trust → Insights → Logs → DNS query logs. TrustCero doesn't store them.
An auditor or customer asked for evidence
Go to Audit log → Evidence export, choose the period, and download the file. It covers your admins and their two-factor status, every policy version, each time your policy was applied in Cloudflare, your device list, and the audit log. It doesn't include connection logs, which stay in Cloudflare.
